Women, Youth & Child Empowerment
Roy Chowdhury Social And Educational Development Trust believes that empowering women, youth, and children is essential for building an inclusive and prosperous society. Our empowerment initiatives are designed to provide equal opportunities, strengthen leadership skills, promote education, and encourage financial independence among individuals from diverse backgrounds.
We conduct leadership development programs, career counseling sessions, life skill workshops, entrepreneurship training, digital literacy courses, financial awareness programs, self-defense training, and vocational education that help participants gain confidence and become self-reliant. For children, we organize educational support programs, creative learning activities, cultural events, sports initiatives, and awareness campaigns that encourage holistic development and nurture their talents.
Women's empowerment remains one of our core priorities.
